How do I complain or comment about the service?

We want to hear from you when things go wrong – it is important that you tell us when you are not happy so we can put it right.

 

If you complain it will not affect your service in any way. You will still receive the same high standard of care.

 

As well as hearing from you when things go wrong; we also want to know when things go well. If you tell us about the good things we do, we will know which parts of the service you like and we can carry on doing those things.
