CILS works in collaboration with a private sector landlord, who is a member of the West of England rental standards scheme. The landlord has an appointed operations team which consists of Operations Managers and maintenance staff, whose responsibilities are to manage repairs, record and assess repairs, prioritise repairs, and undertake risk and hazard assessments, put in place safety measures until repairs are carried out.
