One of the most important aspects of our service is to protect you from any form of abuse. For example, all of our Support staff have been checked with the Police to see if they have a criminal record. However, a small number of Support workers may not be reliable or honest. We would encourage you to let us know if you have any concerns about any of our staff.

We like to hear your views about the service we provide. What you tell us will be used to improve the service.

During the year you will be asked your views of the service. They will also ask your carers, family and anyone else who helps to look after you to find out what you like and what you don’t like about the service.
