As a leading provider of social care, we are always looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our support staff team. We actively recruit for Support Workers to join our Supported Living services in Bristol and surrounding areas, to support adults with learning disabilities and Mental Health problems in supported accommodation.
Our residents are also encouraged to be part of the recruitment and selection process, and will have their own set of questions to ask the interviewee; ultimately, we are recruiting for the right person for our residents.
Whilst experience and qualifications are an advantage, with the right work attitude we can help develop your skills in health and social care. We offer full classroom-based training and online training following a thorough induction to the company, with ongoing training and personal development with access to diploma qualifications. We also recognise the need for specialist training to meet the needs of
the people we support.
We offer a scaled rate of pay which reflects your experience and qualifications, always meeting National Minimum and Living Wage.
